Turmeric juice and turmeric shots are amazing ways to celebrate the flavor and benefits of fresh turmeric!

Ingredients

cup
Turmeric Root
trimmed and cut into small pieces
3
inch chunk
Ginger Root
peeled and cut into small pieces
2
large
Lemons
juiced
2
medium
Oranges
juiced
1
medium
Apple
peeled and cored
2
tablespoons
Honey
raw
1
tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar
1
dash
Cayenne Powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a Vita-Mix or other high powered blender until well blended. You can add Organic Coconut milk if it’s too thick.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze overnight. Once frozen, you can move them into an airtight container. Store in freezer.
Take one out every morning, thaw it and drink up.
