This is a clean refreshing vinaigrette, and it goes well over any salad but especially arugula.
The flavor profile is pretty amazing!

- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
- 1/4 Cup Basil leaves fresh and packed
- 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Redmond's Sea Salt to taste

- Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
