I can’t say enough about Turmeric. I take a daily supplement of fermented Turmeric, and I swear by it. I am always trying to find ways to add Turmeric into my diet.
My friend Wendy gave me this recipe; it is full of superfood ingredients.
The first time I made this, I used Blood Oranges. Do not waste your money on any special oranges or apples; you will not taste them. Save those blood oranges for something else, where you can taste and enjoy them.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Turmeric Root trimmed and cut into small pieces
- 3 inch chunk Ginger Root peeled and cut into small pieces
- 2 large Lemons juiced
- 2 medium Oranges juiced
- 1 medium Apple peeled and cored
- 2 tablespoons Honey raw
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 dash Cayenne Powder

Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a Vita-Mix or other high powered blender until well blended. You can add Organic Coconut milk if it's too thick.
- Pour into ice cube trays and freeze overnight. Once frozen, you can move them into an airtight container. Store in freezer.
- Take one out every morning, thaw it and drink up.
